eM Client started in Prague in 2007 with a clear vision: to create a modern, high-quality email client app with a powerful set of features. Our ambition was to establish eM Client as a strong alternative to Outlook, which at the time was regarded as the clear market leader. Back then, there were no other independent email clients available for enterprises and we aimed to fill that gap.
eM Client has come a long way since then, becoming a true contender in the email client market, ready to go head-to-head with other major players. eM Client has been steadily growing, with 4,000,000 personal and 100,000 business customers worldwide. As of 2025, the eM Client app is fully available across all major platforms, including Android and iOS.
