How to cancel or renew my eM Client Subscription

You can find the Customer portal at this URL link: https://cc.payproglobal.com/Customer/Account/Login

The email address you entered for the purchase is your username.
If you are logging in for the first time, use the reset password link to create your first password.

Once you reset your password, go back and use it to log in.
After logging in you will see overview of your Order history.

In the left menu click Subscriptions.

For any active subscriptions, you can click the Cancel button.

A window will pop up - please select the reason for cancellation that applies and click Submit.

You will get a confirmation that the subscription was successfully canceled.

For any cancelled subscription, the previous Cancel button will now be called Activate.

Make sure you have the correct/valid card selected and click the Activate button.

A confirmation window will pop up - after clicking the Submit button, your license subscription will be activated again.

Note: Terminated licenses cannot be activated again. If you previously withdrew your payment or had your license terminated for breach of contract, these licenses will not have the Activate button available.

Open the My Credit Cards section to view your remembered cards.

You can Add New Card, Delete the ones that are no longer used or valid, update existing ones and set which one to use as Primary option.
