To join testing on Android go to the eM
Client
page on Google
Play store. Scroll down to the Join the beta
section and click Join.
iOS
To join testing of the iOS app make sure to install Test Flight on your device.
Then use this link to install the new version.
Device Compatibility
The app works on both phones and tablets.
For best performance, use a recent version of Android or iOS.

How to Enable Logging
If you’re experiencing issues with email sync, calendar events, contacts, tasks or notes,
you can enable detailed diagnostic logs for the affected service:
- Go to Settings
- Select the account that’s causing issues
- Scroll to the Services section, tap on the service you want to log
(e.g. IMAP, EWS, CalDAV, CardDAV)
- Scroll to the Advanced section
- Toggle the Enable diagnostic logs option
- Reproduce the issue (e.g. try syncing or performing the action that fails).
- Once done, go to Settings → Help & Feedback → Send logs and send it
to [email protected], along
with a short description of the issue you are reporting.
How to Send Operations Logs
If you’re experiencing issues and need to send operations logs, follow these steps:
- Go to Settings → Show operations
- Switch to the Logs tab.
- Tap the three-dot button in the upper-right corner.
- Select Copy log.
Import Your Desktop Settings via QR Code
If you already use eM Client on desktop (9.2 or newer), you can quickly import your accounts
and settings into the mobile app.
- Open the eM Client desktop app
- Go to Menu → Tools → QR Export
- In the mobile app, start the setup process and scan the QR code shown on your desktop.
This makes setting up the mobile app faster and ensures your configuration stays consistent
across devices.
