eM Client includes Rules for automating repetitive email tasks. Version 11 also adds AI Rules, so you can describe what you’d like to automate and let AI help create the rule.
Natural language search can help when you know roughly what you’re looking for but don’t remember the exact search terms.
And the AI Assistant can help you find, organize, and work with your messages, including looking up additional information online and helping you prepare complex or mass emails to send.
What About the Move from EWS?
Microsoft is retiring Exchange Web Services (EWS) for Microsoft 365 and moving to Microsoft Graph. This means that Mac users who rely on Apple Mail may need to look for an alternative if Apple Mail does not support the new connection method in time.
If you want to keep using your Microsoft 365 account without moving to Outlook, eM Client 11 provides another option. It supports Microsoft Graph, so you can continue using your Microsoft 365 email on your Mac without changing to Microsoft’s desktop client.
