Notion Mail is shutting down on September 22, 2026. Your Gmail account and email history aren't going anywhere — only the app you use to manage them is.

What You Need to Save Before September 22
Notion Mail's two-way Gmail sync means your email history is safe — it stays in Gmail no matter what. But Notion Mail-specific data isn't backed up anywhere else. Per Notion's own migration guide, this will be permanently deleted when Notion Mail shuts down:
Drafts and scheduled emails
Snippets, including any files attached to them
Auto-label instructions
Email reminders
Custom inbox organization, views, and sorting
Export opened on June 25, 2026. September 21 is the last day to save anything — on September 22, whatever hasn't been exported is gone for good.
