Settings

Open account settings using menu Tools - Accounts

Click New account… button. An account wizard window will appear. Now select Gmail option located in Specific Provider section and click Next.

Fill your identity details including your name and your existing Gmail address and click Next.

Enter the name under which the account should be displayed. Click Next.

Now you can choose what Google services you want to disable in eM Client. Be aware in order to use your calendar account you have to access it using web interface first. Otherwise the calendar will cause connection error. Click Finish and the client should now ask you to enter your user name and password for your Gmail account.
