What is the difference between a PRO license and a Free license?

The biggest difference between the Free and PRO versions is the Unlimited number of mail accounts and the possibility to use the application for Commercial use. Commercial use is any activity that helps you to make a profit, so the Free version cannot be used in any company nor on personal computers for business correspondence.

I have activated my license on a second computer and my other computer has started to ask for the license key again, how can I resolve this?

eM Client licenses are meant to be used on one computer only, so if you have one eM Client license and are using eM Client on two or more computers, you will be asked to re-activate your eM Client license each time you switch between the computers. What is your update model?

Our current update model is this: by purchasing an eM Client license, you get the latest officially released version of eM Client, all the updates related to that version, and one year of VIP support. If you decide to upgrade to a higher version of eM Client or get another year of VIP support, you will have to renew your license here.

How Often is eM Client Released?

We usually release one major version every 7-10 months, but there are lot of minor updates and patches during the year.
