With Sync2eM service you can share your data between multiple eM Client applications easily. You can synchronize your data between home and work computer or share your data between family members or company.
You can use shared contacts, events and tasks with eM Client. In addition you can use a full featured jabber based Instant messaging account.
If your Sync2eM license is the same as the eM Client license Sync2eM service setup is very easy. Just select Help -> Sync2eM Service -> Check Account Availability in application's main menu. Account wizard will then lead you through the account setup process.
If you use separate Sync2eM license, please create a new account by selecting Tools -> Accounts -> New Account... Then enter your Sync2eM address to email address field (<your_username>@sync2em.com). Then please push the Next button. Account wizard will lead you through the rest of the account setup.
You can synchronize your contacts, events and tasks with iPhone & iPad & iPod Touch devices.
To setup Sync2eM service on iPhone & iPad & iPod Touch, proceed as follows:
1) Go to Settings -> Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> New Account
2) Select Microsoft Exchange.
3) As email, enter <your_username>@sync2em.com.
4) For username field use the email address as well.
5) Select items you want to synchronize (you can synchronize all items except emails).
6) ActiveSync should now synchronize with the server.
You can synchronize your contacts and events with Android phones.
To setup Sync2eM service on Android device, proceed as follows:
1) Go to Settings -> Accounts & sync settings.
2) Tap the Add account button.
3) Select the Corporate option.
4) In the Email address field, enter <your_username>@sync2em.com.
5) In the Password field, type your Sync2eM password.
6) Tap the Next Button.
7) Confirm the Server settings using Next button.
8) Confirm Remote security administration dialog using OK button.
9) Adjust Account options and tap the Next button.
10) Optionally enter desired account name and tap the Done button.
11) Activate device administrator using Activate button.
12) Sync2eM synchronization now should be set and functional.
You can synchronize your contacts, events and tasks with Windows Phone 7 phones.
To setup Sync2eM service on Windows Phone 7 device, proceed as follows:
1) From the home screen, browse to the App list.
2) Choose Settings.
3) From the Settings page, select the Email & Accounts option.
4) Choose the Add An Account option.
5) From list of available email account types, add an Outlook account.
6) In the Email address box, enter <your_username>@sync2em.com.
7) In the Password box, type your Sync2eM password.
8) Tap the Sign In button.
9) After server settings are auto-discovered you can choose which items will be synchronized.
10) Confirm these settings and Sync2eM should now synchronize with the server.
You can synchronize your contacts, events and tasks with Windows Mobile phones.
To setup Sync2eM service on Windows Mobile, proceed as follows:
1) Locate ActiveSync settings on the device: Windows Mobile –> Start –> Programs –> ActiveSync –> Menu –> Add Server Source
2) Usually when you create a new account, a wizard will walk you through the setup process. If there are any existing Active Sync accounts, you need to remove them first.
3) As email, enter <your_username>@sync2em.com and fill in your password into the password field.
4) If asked for a domain, enter sync2em.com
5) Select items you want to synchronize (you can synchronize all items except emails)
6) ActiveSync should now synchronize with the server.
