We have just released the latest version of eM Client mail client version 1.0 BETA with complete calendaring interface and much more.

It is two days since our first release and we have received several error reports and many useful suggestions. Fortunately, we managed to resolve all the problems in several hours and provide an update to minimize any inconveniency of you – kind users who have started testing eM Client. You will be informed about the updates automatically by the client, so don’t worry that you would miss anything. The suggestions for improvements and new features have been discussed, added to ours To Do list and are moving to the beginning of the queue quickly.
We would like to announce the release of NEW eM Client 0.9 BETA.
eM Client is under heavy development right now so updates are expected
very often.
eM Client now contains following features:
- SMTP/POP3/IMAP/SSL
- complete import from MS Outlook and Outlook Express
- auto update system
- complete address book (import as well)
- e-mail rules
- signatures
- advanced search

It has to be said that all of us are now using the eM Client with
over 3000 e-mails imported from MS Outlook so don’t be afraid,
it seems to be very stable :-).

Interface for the final release will change a lot, but this one is simple and easy to use.
14.8. is the date that we have decided to release out eM Client BETA version 0.8. It will have almost 80% of Outlook Express functionality with complete import, rules, advanced account management and simple address book.
Today we have decided to launch new eM Client developers blog. eM Client is Windows based e-mail client with integrated GroupWare features and much more. After 6 months of development we are ready to release our first public beta version. We will try to keep this blog updated every week to bring you interesting insights into the development and progress we have made.
