Oracle Beehive is an enterprise communication and collaboration software providing secure and reliable solution for email, calendar, tasks and contacts. eM Client allows you to access all this data and serves as a full-featured desktop counterpart for the Beehive platform.

  • Work with email using standard protocols
  • Access your calendars and tasks using CalDAV
  • Manage your contacts using CardDAV

Settings

To create email account, go to Tools - Accounts - New Account and create an account using standard server settings.

Create CalDAV account for calendars and tasks synchronization by going to Tools - Accounts - New Account, selecting CalDAV/CardDAV account, and entering URL in format https://[domain]/caldav/[enterprise-id]/home/[email]/calendars/ . Replace [domain] with server's domain, [enterprise-id] with enterprise identification and [email] with user's email address. Use full email address as username for login.

Create CardDAV account for synchronization of contacts by going to Tools - Accounts - New Account, selecting CalDAV/CardDAV account, and entering URL in format https://[domain]/caldav/[enterprise-id]/home/[email]/addressbooks/ . Replace [domain] with server's domain, [enterprise-id] with enterprise identification and [email] with user's email address. Use full email address as username for login.
